Dr. Owen Guess was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. Owen received his bachelor's of Social Work degree from North Carolina A&T State University in 2010.
Upon receiving his degree he pursued his Masters of Social Work Degree from Clark Atlanta University in 2011. Following his time in Atlanta, Owen spent time working as an outpatient therapist for 12 years. During his time he worked with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. Returning to North Carolina A&T State University in 2018 for his doctorate.
While working with as an outpatient therapist Owen desired more information to best serve those in need of assistance. Owen specializes in using media (gaming and television) in his therapy.

I use a holistic-approach to understand who you are as a person and create strategies to tackle the obstacles life has thrown at you.
